We live in a small town in upstate New York where we can thoroughly enjoy the change of seasons especially the picturesque autumn colors. We started designing switch plate covers when the oldest of our three sons was entering college. This has progressed steadily through the years as all three have enjoyed their college experiences. Each family member has developed original designs with their individual imaginations and thus we have created a line of switch plate and outlet covers. We participate in local art shows and listen to what our customers want and are looking for. Our covers are cut out of wood only 1/8" thick as not to interfere with the actual switch. We then proceed to shellac and varnish and individually hand paint each one. We include the screws which are hand painted to match. Two of our sons have moved on to other states now so instead of funding their college costs we are busying painting to visit our daughter in law, grandchildren, and girlfriends.
